The Northern California Veterans Museum is ready to move into a Building, so we are having a Fund - Raising event for the building. Mark your calendars for March 21st, 2009. We are going to host a USO type 1940's "Boondocker Ball" at the Vets Hall on Yuba Street. Click Here for more information.

 

Education

During the last year the Northern California Veterans Museum and Heritage Center has donated two $100 savings bonds donated by the Bank of America in Anderson to two students at the Anderson New Technology High School in Anderson for winning a design contest for the conceptual drawings of the museum.

We are currently performing activities with local students through cooperative partnerships at the Igo Cemetery and through other veterans organizations such as the Veterans History Association, the Shasta Modelers Association, and the Northern California Veterans Cemetery.
